Order & Payment
By placing an order and clicking on the 'purchase' button, the customer enters into a payment obligation with Sinceris. Additional shipping costs will apply in accordance with Dutch postal fares and are at the customers’ charge.
Shipping & Delivery
After receiving your order and payment, Sinceris will process and send it within 3 working days (unless stated otherwise on the website, for example due to holidays or stock shortage). If the order is urgent, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you!
If you change your mind about an order you are entitled to cancelling it provided it hasn’t been processed and sent. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 5 days minus the administration and transaction costs (€ 2.95). Any payment costs incurred will not be refunded. Customer Service Claims & Returns: If the order does not meet your expectations you can exchange or return it within 14 days. Please get in touch with me asap if that is the case by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . You can exchange items for others of equivalent size and price. Returning and sending costs are for the customer. Items can be returned provided they are in their original condition. The purchase value (excluding the sending costs) will then be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the returned item. Due to the nature of the Sinceris products, I cannot take back used candles or opened soap, shampoo or conditioning bars. Sinceris reserves the right to refuse returns or to compensate only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the item has already been used or if the item has been damaged as a result of the return. Sinceris further reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if the items are not returned within 14 days of delivery of the order. If you have a complaint/claim about a Sinceris product, please email email@example.com and provide a clear explanation with visual proof when possible.
